We utilize UPS as our primary shipping carrier unless you have a P.O. box which will be shipped with USPS. After your payment is authorized, please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. You will receive shipping confirmation, with tracking within 2 business days from the day your order was placed.

When returning a package back to us please keep your proof of postage and/or tracking number for your records. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided at the time of purchase was entered incorrect.

Once your package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package if your items have not arrived:

– Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.

-If your driver completed the delivery, then the package’s tracking status or a delivery notice should indicate where your driver left the package.

– Shipments that don’t require a signature can be left in a safe place at the driver’s discretion. This could include the front porch, side door, back porch, or garage area.

– If the driver delivered your shipment to an alternate location, you should have received a notification from ups that indicates where the shipment was left (for example, a neighbor’s house or leasing office).

-Visit your local UPS office with your tracking number to see where the carrier left your package.

-Sometimes UPS updates tracking information as “delivered” a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up.
