All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, and with all tags attached. Items must be free of makeup, stains and deodorant. All returned items must be accompanied by the return slip sent with the order. When sending back multiple orders you must include a return slip for each applicable order.
Clearance items and e-gift cards are all final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law.

Online purchases are valid for exchanges and store credit within 14 days from the delivery date.
Returns older than 14 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense

Refunds will be issued as store credit immediately via email once the package has been received, inspected and approved for refund. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the return shipping date for your refund to be processed. The refund amount will include only the amount paid by you after any discount or credit was applied to the returned item(s) and it will not include any shipping charges paid by you. There will also be a return fee of $5 if you used our prepaid return label issued through our return portal.
If you wish to exchange your item for another size or product, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via email. You may then place a new order using your store credit.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
For wrong items received use our return portal to receive a prepaid return label and send back the item to us. You will not be charged the $5 return fee. Then send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order and tracking number. We will ship out the correct item to you at no extra charge. Wrong items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
