How do I return or exchange my order?
Click here to initiate a refund. You will be given a prepaid return label to ship your items back to us. There is a $5 return label fee that will be deducted from the refunded amount. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via email immediately. If doing an exchange, you may then place an order for the new desired size or product using your store credit.
What items are final sale?
All items ending in $0.00 and e-gift cards are all final sale items. Please choose carefully as these items are non-refundable.
My gift card isn't working what should I do?

How long does it take orders to ship?
All orders ship within 1-2 days of the order being placed.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your package arrives at our warehouse, your returns will be processed within 1-3 business days. Once the package has been inspected and approved for the refund, you will immediately receive a store credit via email.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item or damaged item?
For wrong or damaged items received, use our return portal to receive a prepaid return label and send back the item to us. You will not be charged the $5 return fee. Then send an email to services@attractiveessence.com with the order and tracking number. We will ship out the correct item to you at no extra charge. Wrong or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
Here at Attractive essence we do our best to ship your orders as fast as possible. Regrettably, this means that we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order. This can include but is not limited to: Adding/Removal of Items, Change in Color/Size of Items, Adding/Removal of a Discount Code, Billing or Shipping Address Update, Order Cancellation Requests and Shipping Method Change. You can however, return your items once received. Make sure to follow our return policy.
